Leadership Development Program (in partnership with Boys & Girls Club) Our 12-week Leadership Development Program is a holistic leadership experience grounded in our 4C Framework: Connection, Community, Career, and Character and is designed to support youth from underserved communities as they grow into confident, purpose-driven leaders. Participants build strong peer relationships and faith-centered values, engage in meaningful community service, explore diverse career pathways, and strengthen the character and professional skills needed for long-term academic, personal, and career success.
Small-group mentorship experiences that provide personalized guidance, accountability, and growth. Coaching Pods pair 3–5 participants with a dedicated leadership coach to help them build confidence, strengthen skills, and create actionable plans aligned with their personal and professional goals.
ELC is a year-round leadership experience built on the 4C Framework: Connection, Community, Career, and Character and designed to help participants discover purpose, build confidence, and unlock their leadership potential. With community-wide participation, ELC brings current participants and alumni together in an engaging, supportive environment where they build strong peer connections, strengthen faith-centered values, serve their communities, explore real-world career pathways and build character & leadership skills. Through ongoing mentorship and hands-on experiences, participants develop the character, communication, and professional skills needed to thrive in our everyday world.
